12 potatoes
1 pkg. bacon
1 T flour
1 lg. onion (diced)
2 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and slice while warm. Salt pototoes and add diced onions. Cut bacon in small pieces and fry, (not crisp). Add a full Tablespoon flour and mix. DO NOT BROWN FLOUR. Add water & vinegar and stir until thickened.
Pour mixture over pototoes and mix until well blended. Serve hot.
