35 Premium saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
6 oz. chocolate bits
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400. Place crackers in a single layer on foil lined (15x10) baking pan. Heat butter and sugar in saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted & mixture is well blended. Bring to a boil, boils 3 minutes without stirring. Spread over crackers.

Bake 7 minutes, immediately sprinkle with chocolates, let stand 5 minutes. Spread chocolate evenly over ingredients in pan. Sprinkle with walnuts. Cut or break into pieces.
