2 pkgs. Philly Cream Cheese, softened 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mix 3/4 Can of your favorite Beer 1/2 c. of shredded cheddar cheese
With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients. Add or subtract amount of beer to get the consistency you want. Usually 3/4 can will make for good dipping! Garnish will additional cheese and serve with pretzels.
*Special Note: Do not use Philly Cream Cheese-LITE! It will make the dip runny.
