1 lb ground turkey (99%lean)
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco (optional)
4 whole-grain buns
4 slices tomato
4 slices onion
2 bibb lettuce leaves - halved
4 Tbs ketchup

Combine the ground turkey breast, bread crumbs, chopped onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a large bowl. Mix well. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Grill burgers until nicely browned on both sides and heated through, about 7 min. on each side. (If you don't want to grill, can be pan fried in not stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.) Serve burgers on buns topped with tomato, onion and lettuce and a dollop of ketchup, if desired.
