1 Brownie Mix (9"x13" size)
1 (10 1/2 oz) package mini marshmallows
2 c. (12 oz) chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 T. butter
1 1/2 c. Rice Crispies cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare "fudge-like" brownies according to package directions. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 F for 28-30 mins. Top with marshmallows; bake 3 mins. Cool.

In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat; add cereal. Spread over brownies.

Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
