Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
4 eggs
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, boil water and melted butter; add flour and salt. Stir until mixture leaves side of pan. Remove from heat. Cool for 1 minute. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well until smooth and glossy. Add cheese; mix well. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425F for 18 - 20 minutes.
