1 left-over chicken or turkey (with at least 3 c. of meat left on)
4 boiled eggs ( if at Easter I'm sure you'll have around too.) - sliced
1 cup veggies (corn, peas, green beans - whatever's left over)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 recipe biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Pick off the meat from the bones. Boil the bones and whatever is left on to make a broth - ~ 3 - 4 cups. Place veggies and chicken in a baking dish, cover with sliced eggs. Mix broth and soup, salt and pepper if needed. Pour over chicken. Arrange unbaked biscuits over mixture. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes, or until brown on the top. Serves 6 - 10
