1 1/2 cups salad oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1 Tbs ground pepper
2 tsp parsley
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbs dry mustard

Mix together all ingredients and marinate meat overnight. Taste great on beef, but good for pork too, Makes 3 1/2 cups
