1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper - chopped
3 Tbs margarine or olive oil
1 lb. thin sliced beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb carton sour cream
1 bag wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, onion and pepper in oil. Add beef and salt and pepper to taste. When browned, drain well. Stir in soup and sour cream. Heat to boiling. Turn down heat and let simmer until meat is tender. When noodles are done, pour over and mix well.

If you're on a budget, use steak-ums sandwich steaks. Our daughter has even used hamburger.
