8 c ground cucumbers
2 c ground onions
4 ground bell peppers
2 pods hot peppers
5 tsp salt
2 c vinegar
3 c sugar
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp mustard seed
2 Tbsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 5 tsp salt with vegetables and let stand for 1 hour. Drain well. Add vinegar, sugar and spices. Boil for 15 min. Can in usual manner in pint jars.
