4 lb hen cooked, cooled in stock and removed from bone, cut into bite-size pieces

1 c celery, chopped
1 c bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1/2 lb Velveeta, cut into chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans mushrooms
1 small jar stuffed green olives
1 lb spinach noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles till tender. Saute celery, bell pepper, and onion. Combine with other ingredients and put in two greased casseroles. Bake 350 for 20 min or until cheese is melted.
