2-1/2 lb lean stew meat, round steak or ground beef

1 small can green peas
3 carrots
2 onions
3 medium potatoes
3 stalks celery
1 can tomato soup
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 pkg canned biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare vegetables by cutting into halves or quarters. Put in casserole with meat, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover tightly and cook in 275 oven for 4 to 5 hours until tender. At end of cooking time turn oven to 450. Place a can of biscuits on top of the meat and vegetables. Cook approx 10 minutes until biscuits are brown.
