1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine canola oil, sugar, molasses, eggs and milk. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, wheat bran and raisins. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Spoon batter into lined muffin tins. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
