2 cups of flour
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 Tsp of brown sugar
3/4 cup of solid shortening
1 egg
1 Tsp of vinegar
4-5 Tsp of ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together and cut in the shortening. the mix should look like coarse corn meal. in a large measuring cup mix the vinegar egg and water and beat well and add to the flour mixture a little at a time until you have a med soft dough. Divide the crust into two equal parts and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using. This pie crust can stay in the refrigerator for several weeks or until needed.
