2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbs + 2tsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
2 eggs
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, stir dry ingredients together to blend evenly. Add the eggs and stir to make a smooth paste. Slowly blend in vinegar. Set over medium heat and continue stirring while adding water. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cool and transfer to a glass jar. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep indefinitely.
