1 stick Parkay Margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flaked coconut
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Blend melted margarine with other ingredients, mix well and pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 1 hr. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves: 6-8 Prep: 15 min.
