3-4 onions
3 T. olive oil
1 lb. canned tomatoes
chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic
6 oz. tomato paste
3-4 lb. pot roast
spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in olive oil and add tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, and tomato paste. Brown pot roast and let simmer in sauce for 2-3 hours (8 hours in low crock pot). Serve with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
