2 T. butter
1 chopped onion
2 pkg. 10 oz. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Muenster cheese, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
9 5 loaf pan or double with 9 x 14 pan. SautÚ onions in butter. Mix in cooked spinach and Ricotta cheese. Put one layer of Muenster cheese on bottom of pan and then the filling and then repeat. Bake 25 minutes at 350║ oven.
