3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 12 oz. can tomato sauce
1 6 oz. tomato paste
1/4 c. cider vinegar or wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. crushed dried rosemary leaves
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a crockpot (except the mushrooms). Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours, or until the chicken shreds easily with a fork. Shred the chicken then add the mushrooms while you cook pasta. When the pasta is finished so will the Rosemary Chicken. Serve hot over cooked pasta.
