1/2 c sugar
2 T flour
small amount grated orange rind
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 t lemon juice
1 t butter
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Beat well. Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly until thich as thin mush. Ready to use when it cools
