2 C flour
1/2 C oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 C brown sugar
1 C butter*

Mix well and save 1 C for topping. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

1 12 oz. jar carmel topping
4 T flour
Mix and pour over hot crust.

Sprinkle on:
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 C chopped pecans ( if desired)
The rest of crust crumbs.

Bake 12-15 minutes more, cool, and cut.

*Use real butter
