1 2 lb. bag hashbrowns
1/4 C butter
1/4 C onions
Salt and pepper
8 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 can milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes and mix the above. Top with 3-4 C cornflakes (crushed), 3 T melted butter which is to be poured over top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
