1 ripe avocado
1 c. diced tomato
1/4 c. diced cilantro
1/4 c. diced red onion
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and peel avocado then cut into small pieces put into a small bowl. Add diced tomato, fresh cilantro, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and sour cream. Stir together (mash avocado up a bit until desired chunkiness). Serve with chips.
