1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 3/4 c warm water
2 T raw sugar
1 tsp salt
3 T milk powder
1 1/2 c buck wheat flour
3 - 3 1/2 c whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 15 inch pan.

Sprinkle yeast over water in bowl and dissolve yeast. Stir in sugar, salt, milk powder and buck wheat flour. Slowly add the wheat flour until the dough stiffens. Knead until elastic - 5-7minutes. Place dough in pan, cover, let rise until double.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
