1 egg
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Mix egg and oil well. Mix in buttermilk, then sift in dry ingredients and mix until no lumps remain. Cook on greased griddle at 375 till bubbles form on top of pancakes. Turn and cook till bottom is brown. Makes 12 to 15 4-inch pancakes
