1 1/2 c milk
1 c mushroom soup
2 beaten eggs
3 oz (about 2 1/2 c) noodles - cooked and drained
2 c cubed cooked turkey
1 c soft bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices)
4 T butter - melted
1 c sharp shredded cheese
1/4 c chopped green pepper
2 T pimiento

Directions:
Directions:
Blend milk into soup. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.

This is a good dish to prepare following a turkey feast to use the leftovers. Nothing was wasted in the farm kitchen.
