1 1/4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups fine ground walnuts
2 cups of plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix by hand. This will be a difficult dough to mix. Combine the first seven ingredients. Separate into 6 parts 5 equal and 1 smaller.
Roll each piece into round or square shape between 1/4 and 1/2 inches. Bake on parchment paper. Bake 15 minutes or until light brown. The one smaller piece roll out and bake a little longer so that it will be dark brown and dry. The smaller dry piece is to be crumbled in a food processor and set aside. Cool all layers completely.

FILLING
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1 small plain yogurt
2 sticks soft unsalted butter
10 oz sour cream
1 1/4 cups fine ground walnuts
Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream. Add yogurt. Add walnuts. Mix all by hand.

On a cake plate layer together. On the top of the cake add the crumbs from the smaller layer.

Set aside for one hour. After an hour refrigerate until firm.

When firm cut into diamond shapes.
