60 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 boxes instant french vanilla pudding
1 1/2 C milk
2 C vanilla ice cream
1 8oz ctn. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the cracker, melt the butter and mix together in a bowl. Press most of the crackers into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Then mix both boxes of pudding with the milk. Pour over the crumb mixture and let set up. Mix the ice cream with the cool whip. Spread over the top of the pudding. Sprinkle on remaining cracker crumbs. Refrigerate.
