Cake:

1 stick margarine
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 (16oz) can fruit cocktail


Topping:

1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
For the cake:Cream together the margarine, sugar and eggs. Sift together and add the flour and baking soda. Stir in fruit cocktail with the juice. Bake in a 9" X 13" X 2" pan at 350F for 35 - 40 minutes.
For the topping: Melt the margarine in a small pan; add sugar, vanilla, milk and coconut. Put on the cake, then broil until coconut starts to look toasted.
