While your pumpkin pie is baking, Open a can of apple pie filling and measure out 1/2 c. Reserve the remaining filling for another use.

Directions:
About 20 minutes before pie is done, remove it form the oven and spoon the apple filling around the edges. Scatter 2 tbsp. of chopped pecans over the apple filling. Return the pie to the oven and bake it until done.
