While your pumpkin pie is baking, combine 2 tbsp. of flour, 2 tbsp. of light brown sugar, 2 tbsp. of room temperature butter, and 1/2 c of chopped pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
About 10 minutes before the pie will be done. remove it from the oven and sprinkle the streusel evenly over the top. Return the pie to the oven and bake it until the streusel has browned, another 10 to 15 minutes.
