1 c. Mayonnaise
1 dollup of ketchup
1 tsp. pickle relish
1 dash of hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Begin with the mayonnaise, add the dollup of ketchup, the pickle relish and the hot pepper sauce and stir together for a speedy remoulade.

Serve with boiled shrimp or crab cakes.
