6 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 c. shredded chedder cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
12 bacon slices cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cobine the broccoli, cheese and onion.
Combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar;
pour over brocoli mixture and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Just before serving stir in the bacon.
