Ingredients:  
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 slices dry broken bread
1 c. grated chedder cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and drain
Mix, don't beat eggs
Add milk, salt and mustard, bread and cheese.
Stir in sausage.
Put in greased casserole.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees
