2 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups plain flour (White Lilly)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
ICING
1 large can crushed pineapple
3 tablespoons plain flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup water/pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325.
In a mixing bowl beat the butter. Add sugar. Add eggs one a time. Add sour cream. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Add vanilla.
Pour into cake pans and bake for 25min.
ICING
Cook flour, sugar, butter, and liquid until thick. Add pineapple and put on cake while warm.
