2 C sugar
1/2 C veg oil
4 oz melted unsweetend chocolate
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs and mix. Add flour, baking powder & salt and mix. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours. Drop by teaspoon full in powdered sugar, roll to coat. Shape into balls. Put on cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350.
