2 sm pkg orange jello
2 c boiling water
1 lg can frozen orange juice
1 lg can crushed pineapple
2 sm cans mandarin oranges



Topping:

1 sm pkg lemon instant pudding
1 sm container Cool Whip©
1 c cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with boiling water. Add undiluted frozen orange juice to mixture. Mix until juice has thawed. Add undrained pineapple and drained mandarin oranges. Pour into desired serving container and let congeal.

For topping: Mix pudding with cold milk until thick, then fold in Cool Whip. Place on top of congealed salad. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
