3/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp. flour
2 cans pineapple chunks
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4-6 tbsp. reserved juice
1 1/2 cups Ritz Cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. melted butter or oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and save syrup from "regular sized" cans of pineapple chunks. Mix flour and sugar together.. Stir in drained pineapple and cheese. Put in an 8x8 pan or comparable casserole dish. Spray with Pam or grease with oleo. Pour juice over the top. Mix crumbs with melted butter or oleo and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

" This recipe is adapted from a recipe on Paula Dean's Cooking Show. It's my grandson Nickie's favorite. It's wonderful with ham and could be used as a dessert, served with vanilla ice cream."
