8 ounces macaroni, hot cooked elbow
5 slices American cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 7 oz. jar pizza sauce
2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 ounces pepperone slices
1 12 inch pizza pan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as per directions. Stir macaroni and American cheese in a large bowl until cheese melts. Cool. Stir in eggs. Line a pizza pan with aluminum foil. Brush peanut oil on a 12 inch pizza pan with sides. Spread macaroni mixture evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread with sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake 15 more minutes or until cheese melts.

According to this recipe, ten people can be served. According to Richard's praise of this delicious entree, I very much doubt they got ten servings. Enjoy this treat but don't count the calories.
