1 c flour

1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c shortening
1 c sliced celery
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 c diced cooked corned beef
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
To make crust, mix flour, 1/4 tsp salt, cheese and shortening with fork. Mix in 2 tbsp ice water and shape in a ball; chill.

Bring 1 1/2 c water to boil, add celery and cook 5 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Drain mushrooms, adding liquid to celery cooking water. Measure 1 1/4 c of liquid. Melt butter and blend in flour and mustard. Add liquid and cook, stirring, until thickened. Add celery, mushrooms and beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a casserole 8 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches deep.

Roll out cheese crust and cut in 3/4 inch strips. Arrange lattice fashion on casserole. Bake at 425 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
