Ingredients:  
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 c chopped onion
2 c sliced raw potato
2 c beef bouillon
1 12 oz can corned beef, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c diced celery
1/4 c minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, saute garlic in oil 5 minutes. Discard garlic and add onion and potato to skillet. Saute 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add bouillon and beef and simmer, covered, until potato is almost tender and pepper and celery are still crisp. Sprinkle with parsley.
