1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (28oz) can tomatoes
1 (14oz) can kidney beans - drained
1 (17oz) can corn with juice
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 packet taco seasoning



1 cup grated cheddar or sour cream

sour cream (optional)
crumbled tortilla chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef and onion. Add the rest of the ingredients, except sour cream and tortilla chips, and simmer for 30 minutes.

We like to place a dollop of sour cream on top of soup in a bowl and crumble tortilla chips, stir and enjoy.
