- l/4 c. oleo melted
- l/4 c. sugar
- l/2 large egg, or one small
- l/4 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
- l/2 c. mashed banana
- l/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- l/2 c. all purpose flour
- l/4 c. whole wheat flour
- l/2 tsp. baking soda
- l/4 tsp. baking powder
- l/4 tsp. each nutmeg and cinnamon

1. Mix first six ingredients in bowl.
2. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
4. Stir to just mix, do no overmix.
5. Fill nearly full in pam sprayed muffin tin or paper lined muffin cups.
6. Bake 375 degrees about 20 minutes, or until done.
