1 cup yellow corn meal
3 cups cold water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter or margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover and cook in the microwave for six minutes on high setting. Stir; rotate dish and cook for an additional six minutes. Remove from microwave and let stand (covered) for twenty minutes.

Traditionally served with beef goulash or stew. When cool can also be sliced into one-half inch slices and fried in butter until golden brown
