3 cups blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 heaping tablespoons flour
Pinch of salt
9 inch crust (top and bottom crusts) unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge blueberries with flour. Put floured berries in bottom crust. Mix sugar and salt and sprinkle over berries. Place top crust on and seal crusts. Cut slit in top crust. Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. If you use frozen berries you may need to bake a little longer.
