1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 T. milk
1 21/2 oz. dried beef, cut fine
2 T. finely chopped green pepper
2 T. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, with nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
