2 sticks butter
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 t. lemon rind (or 2-3 lemons)
2 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 c. milk


l/3 c. Real Lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Mix bread ingredients and place in two (2) loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 oven.

Mix the Real Lemon Juice and sugar. Pour this glaze over the warm bread.
