4-5 good summer tomatoes 15 basil leaves 3 fresh mozzarella balls or can substitute sliced or grated mozzarella 10 black olives
Wash basil leaves and remove from stem. Pat dry. Slice tomatoes and arrange on a platter. Place basil leaves under tomatoes with the tops sticking out. Slice the mozzarella balls and place slices under the tomatoes and basil leaves. Scatter black olives on top.
