4 potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/2 c celery, sliced
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp bacon drippings or oil
smoked sausage or kielbasa

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and bacon drippings or oil in heavy skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry until the carrots and potatoes are tender. Place sausage or kielbasa on top. Cover. Heat about 12 minutes.
