3 cups of cut up rhubarb
3/4 cup of sugar
2 Tsp of flour
1 tsp of salt

Batter

1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix rhubarb, 3/4 cup of sugar, 2 Tsp of flour and 1 tsp of salt together and place in the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch cake pan. mix the ingredients for the batter and pour over rhubarb and bake for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream or Ice cream.
